Learn how to create fresh bratwursts with Chef Bill Twaler in this hands-on classroom! Under Chef Twaler’s expert eye, you’ll walk through the process of grinding, stuffing, and cooking your very own backyard brat. To top it all off, the CHI team will have pretzel buns, housemade mustard, and sauerkraut for you to add as you enjoy your fresh creations while sipping on a cold brew compliments of Carolina Bauernhaus.
Dress Code for Brats Up?!
- It’s best to wear long pants and avoid clothing that is excessively loose/flowing.
- For safety, choose closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
- Plan to stand for most of the entire hour-long class.
- Aprons will be provided for use during class.
