Earning their first Michelin star in 2021, Elcielo (one-star, Washington, DC and one-star, Miami), joins the team at the recently opened Patterson Kitchen + Bar in the acclaimed Hartness Hotel. Known in the gastronomic world as “Juanma”, the Columbian-born chef received the first Michelin Star in history for a Colombian restaurant. Get ready for a whimsical experience as you are taken on a carefully crafted menu that taps into all of your senses paired with wines from Wine Access.
