The MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2023 Young Chef Award Winner, Christian Hunter (one-star Atelier), will collaborate on a globally inspired menu with his former co-worker, Nico Abello of Table 301 Restaurant Group. The chefs once worked together at Beaubourg, a French brasserie in New York City. Since then, these 2 chefs have further developed their respective love of local ingredients with international influence. Get ready for a whimsical experience as you are taken on a carefully crafted menu that taps into all of your senses paired with wines from Mission Grape.
