Chef Shawn Kelly’s partnership with the owners of Greenbrier Farms has yielded a casual neighborhood spot, where the quality of Greenbrier’s organic produce and grass-fed beef and heritage pork speaks for itself. At this multi-course dinner, you will go coast to coast as guest chef Alex Jackson, former chef de cuisine of Sons and Daughters (Michelin 1-star in San Francisco) and executive chef of Dottir (Portland), joins the kitchen and brings a West Coast flare to a menu that will be sure to take you on a culinary journey.
