Learn the basics of quick pickling and the ways to preserve the summer’s bounty with CHI’s Chef Bill Twaler. This hands-on class will celebrate seasonality and locally-grown produce. And to top it all off, this class also includes local beer pairings with Carolina Bauernhaus.
Dress Code for Dill With It:
- It’s best to wear long pants and avoid clothing that is excessively loose/flowing.
- For safety, choose closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
- Plan to stand for most of the entire hour-long class.
- Aprons will be provided for use during class.
