Sip cocktails on the lawn while you watch chefs grill your dinner entrées, then head inside a beautifully renovated century-old sawmill to savor a five-course seated meal. The stars of the evening, besides the elite lineup of chefs, will be Springer Mountain Farms chicken and Certified Angus Beef, grilled to perfection, of course.
