In this hands-on class at Cook’s Station, pastry chefs Joe Trull (Grits and Groceries) and Teryi Youngblood Musolf will show you the best techniques for making this frozen confection at home. And, of course, you’ll get to taste fall ice-cream flavors like muscadine and sweet potato.
