Chef Michael Kramer is teaming up with his culinary friends Wally Joe, Michael Smith, Jose Salazar, and Miles James on a menu inspired by their respective techniques and years of friendship. You’ll also be guided through the Italian-inspired wines of the Oregon-based winery, Buona Notte, by the winemaker himself. You will certainly be in good company at this elite dinner!
