In this hands-on class at Greenville Tech’s new Truist Culinary & Hospitality Innovation Center, you’ll learn essential techniques for making the dish your own. Join Chef Bill Twaler in the CHI kitchen as you prepare a brunch focused on balancing flavors and showcasing incredible ingredients like heirloom grits and wild-caught shrimp.
Dress Code for In Southern Style:
- Closed-toe non-slip shoes
- Appropriate attire includes long pants and clothing that is neither flammable nor excessively loose
- Participants should be able to stand for an extended period of time
- Aprons will be provided for use during class
