Calling all entertainers! A local cheese maker & chef combine their forces to teach you how to build the perfect board based on complementary textures and seasonal ingredients.
With a variety of styles of cheese (including a couple of selections from Blue Ridge Creamery’s private reserve) and housemade specialties from The Cook’s Station, this class is sure to be a gouda time! Throw in accoutrements, pickled mustard seed and vegetables, and you’ll have your guests melting over your new skills!
