Grilling goes green in this hands-on class at Greenville Tech’s new Truist Culinary & Hospitality Innovation Center. Join CHI’s Chef Bill Twaler and Sarah McClure (Southside Smokehouse, Landrum, SC) for a tutorial on grilled dishes utilizing local seasonal ingredients. And since grilling and beer go hand-in-hand, this class also includes beer pairings with Carolina Bauernhaus.
Dress Code for Plant Powered Pitmasters:
- It’s best to wear long pants and avoid clothing that is excessively loose/flowing.
- For safety, choose closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
- Plan to stand for most of the entire hour-long class.
- Aprons will be provided for use during class.
