Cheese takes center stage at Soby’s Loft, as chefs John Malik (remember him from 33 Liberty?) and Jacques Larsen (of Wild Olive and Obstinate Daughter in Charleston) turn their attention to courses that highlight the products of our beloved local cheesemaker, Christian Hansen. Hansen will supply the cream of his crop from Blue Cheese Creamery in Travelers Rest, while the chefs, both having received James Beard Award nominations for Best Chef: Southeast, will make his cheese shine at this pairing experience unlike any other.
