I love Greenville for its charm and people. It’s got the warmth of a small town and the energy of a big city! A must do when visiting Greenville is a Sunday brunch downtown, and a stroll in Cleveland Park.

Tyler Center@guysguidegvl

Greenville has become more "home" to me than where I grew up. The farmers market and brunch is my favorite way to start the weekend. My ideal day would involve a bike ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, catching a Drive game, getting lost in books at M. Judson, then enjoying an amazing meal on Jianna's patio.

Courtney Fillner@thelocal.greenville

It's always a treat when I'm able to visit my beautiful hometown! But it's never complete without breakfast at Coffee Underground, dinner at Jianna, drinks Vault & Vator and something sweet from The Chocolate Shoppe!

Kim Jamieson@eatinsc

I love the many adventures that Greenville offers! I enjoy studying at the cozy coffee shops, family bike riding on the Swamp Rabbit trail, and Saturday mornings strolling through the farmers market. Our beautiful downtown provides endless options for a perfect night out. There's incredible cuisine, drinks, and live music around every corner.

Adriana Brooks@plentifulbites

Greenville is a hidden gem and I've loved sharing my experiences with friends and family in Charlotte. Recently, I brought my mom to explore the downtown area for a day trip. We stopped at Coffee Underground for my favorite Chai Latte, shopped at local boutiques, walked Falls Park on the Reedy, and the exquisite downtown dining options are endless, it makes it so hard to choose where to go.

Morgon Conroy@sliceofclt

Native of Greenville, there are so many things to list as a favorite! Some of my favorite places would include enjoying a “Sunday Funday” with my friends at Up On the Roof surrounded by bottomless mimosas, catching up with friends over a nice cup of coffee at Spill the Beans, finding a quiet corner at Coffee Underground to study while enjoying their amazing strawberry cake, taking a peaceful night stroll on the bridge in Falls Park, grabbing dinner on a Friday night from The Pasta Addict at GatherGVL, and having a nice date night at Jianna.

Fringe Events

Fun, funky and, often thrifty, there will be something for everyone!

What is a fringe event?

We’ve joined forces with some of our amazing partners to ensure that you have the ultimate foodie experience. From a pit master boxing a cheesemaker to pop-up dinners and a power picnic, there will be food- or drink-related happenings that are not official euphoria ticketed events occurring throughout the festival weekend!

GENERAL

What additional protocols will be in place for events this year?

We will be following, or even exceeding, all protocols and procedures recommended by the CDC, AccelerateSC and the City of Greenville. See more details here on the Protocols & Procedures that will be in place for euphoria weekend.

When does the festival take place?

The festival is held annually the 3rd weekend of September. The 15th year of the festival will be held September 17-20, 2020.

WILL THE FESTIVAL STILL TAKE PLACE THIS YEAR?

Yes! Tickets are on sale now for our smaller events, including Lunch & Learns, Guest Chef Dinners and euphoria Classrooms! We’ll have extra protocols and procedures in place for all events.

HOW & WHEN CAN I BUY TICKETS TO THE EVENT?

Tickets can be purchased on our Schedule page. Tickets typically sell-out several weeks before the event, so buy early!

Problems with processing your request? Feel free to call 864-233-5663 with questions. We are open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. You can also live chat with our official ticketing company, SquadUp, by clicking on the chat box located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

WHY ARE YOU NOT HOSTING CERTAIN EVENTS THIS YEAR?

We hope that you understand that we had to revamp most events this year given the current situation related to COVID-19. Unfortunately, that means shifting a few things around so that we can better implement protocols and procedures as recommended, which ultimately eliminates all of our Signature Events. We’re hopeful that these events will return in the future.

What does euphoria benefit?

euphoria is organized and presented by Local Boys Do Good (“LBDG”), a non-profit organization exempt from taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Proceeds from euphoria are distributed by LBDG through direct grants to charitable organizations – mostly in upstate South Carolina – that focus on providing sustenance to those in need (food, hunger, and health), educating (through music, performing arts, or otherwise), or supporting children. We are also proud to say that in 2018 the 4-day festival created a local economic impact of $3.8 million.

See our Community Impact page for this year’s grant recipients and more information on our annual economic impact.

Are kids or pets allowed at events?

All events are 21 and older (no exceptions, even for infants in strollers/carriers). Valid IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events.

While we love animals, pets are not permitted at our events. Service animals are the only exception.

Where is the best place to stay during the festival?

There are several hotel + ticket packages available, and information on other downtown hotels can be found on the Plan Your euphoria page under “Accommodations”.

Where is the most up-to-date information about the festival?

The latest festival info can be found on our website, by signing up for our monthly newsletter at the bottom of this page, or by following us on social media.

What do I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

When buying tickets for seated Lunch & Learns and Guest Chef Dinners, you will be asked if you have any food allergies. The host restaurant will contact you directly prior to the event to discuss your request. The chefs at these events will do their best to accommodate your special dietary needs, but we emphasize this is only a request.

All other events are not able to accommodate any special dietary needs or food allergies. We will try our best to offer gluten-free and vegan options at all of our events, but there is no guarantee, unfortunately.

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes. Please check at the entrance of each event. You may also call our office at 864-233-5663 the week after the event to inquire about any lost items.

What items are prohibited at events?

Backpacks

Coolers

Camping chairs

Smoking and vaping

Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, blunt objects, chemical weapons, etc.

Infants and Strollers

Outside Alcohol

Professional cameras (with the exception of those with euphoria Photography, Videography and Media Badges)

Drones

Where do I park?

You will receive an event specific FAQ email prior to the date with parking details. However, please do not drink and drive. We suggest using ride-share companies or a designated driver. You can also see our parking section, on the Plan Your euphoria page, for public parking garages if you do plan to drive.

What is your animal policy?

No animals are permitted on the event properties with the exception of a service, guide, or signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

Do you have a bag policy?

Yes! Any bags over 12×12″ will be checked at all Signature Events.

TICKETING

I previously purchased a ticket to an event that has been cancelled. What are my options for a refund?

If you purchased a ticket to an event before it was cancelled, you should have received an email from us with your options for a refund. If you did not receive this email, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist with your request.

What’s included in the ticket price for events?

All tickets are all-inclusive. All food, beverages, and entertainment are included in your ticket price.

If an event is showing that it is sold out, will more tickets go on sale at a later date?

With the current capacity restrictions, we have adjusted our head counts by at least 50%. If guidelines change, there is a possibility for more tickets to go on sale. For the most up-to-date information, sign up for our e-newsletter or follow us on social media. You may also email us at [email protected] to request to be added to the waitlist for a particular event.

Do you offer a discounted ticket price for designated drivers?

Since all of our tickets are all-inclusive, we do not offer discounted tickets. However, we do have delicious mocktails offered at all of our signature events.

Are there assigned seats for events?

Most events have select, open seating with the exception of Guest Chef Dinners, Sunday Supper and Lunch & Learns.

What is the process for receiving tickets once they are ordered?

Each ticket holder will receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes after the order is placed, with your tickets attached.  If using the SquadUp app, you can save your tickets to Apple wallet or passbook.

Can you scan my ticket directly from my phone?

Yes! We can scan your ticket directly from your smartphone, alleviating the need to print your ticket. Please be sure to have your tickets pulled up on your email or by using the SquadUp app prior to checking in. If it is a daytime event, it is helpful to fully turn up the brightness on your phone.

How do I reprint my ticket?

You can reprint your ticket by clicking the link on your original confirmation email and following the instructions given.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events. All events will take place rain or shine and event details are subject to change. See the statement below regarding COVID-19 and ticket refunds as it relates to the complete cancellation of the festival only. If you purchased tickets and would like to sell your tickets for any reason, you may visit our FaceBook Ticket Exchange page. However, please note, that there is no guarantee that you can sell your tickets. More detailed information about this process can be found on the FaceBook Ticket Exchange page.

Will events be impacted by COVID-19?

We look forward to celebrating the 15th year of euphoria, even if the festival will look a little different this year. We are planning for every scenario, since this situation is constantly changing.

The safety of our guests and participants continues to be our number one priority. During all of our events, we will implement additional handwashing and hand-sanitizing stations and will also stress necessary precautions to all our food & beverage participants. We encourage guests, volunteers, and participants to not attend events if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, which include a cough, high temperature and shortness of breath. Older adults and persons with severe underlying health conditions are asked to carefully weigh the decision of attending events with many attendees or to consult their physician. For more precautionary guidelines that we will be implementing, please visit the Accelerate SC website.

If the festival is forced to cancel any events directly related to COVID-19, attendees will be given the option to either be (a) refunded directly back to their form of payment, minus all ticket and processing fees, or (b) the full amount will be applied to a gift card to be used towards future events managed by euphoria, valid through July 31, 2021.

What are my refund options if events do get canceled due to COVID-19?

If the festival is forced to cancel any events directly related to COVID-19, attendees will be given the option to either be (a) refunded directly back to their form of payment, minus all ticket and processing fees, or (b) the full amount will be applied to a gift card to be used towards future events managed by euphoria, valid through July 31, 2021.

What happens if the event is canceled due to inclement weather?

The Festival accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for event cancellation or interruption because of inclement weather or other acts beyond its control. Festival does not refund for cancellation due to inclement weather or other acts beyond its control. We encourage you to purchase the optional Ticket Guardian insurance if you are concerned about inclement weather cancellations.

Will an event sell out?

Tickets typically sell-out several weeks before the event, so buy early! If an event is sold out, you may visit euphoria’s Ticket Exchange on Facebook to check if any tickets are being sold from guests that are unable to attend.

Problems with processing your request?

Chat with SquadUp via the chat-box located in the bottom right-hand corner of this site.

Can you customize one of your hotel & ticket packages?

Possibly! Feel free to email us your desired package to [email protected] We will certainly try our best to accommodate your request if packages are still available.

Are tickets transferable?

Absolutely! If you purchased one of our general admission tickets or VIP packages, you may transfer the name on the tickets by signing into your account on squadup.com. We highly encourage you to transfer tickets if you will no longer be attending so that the correct person’s name is attached to that ticket.
