Chef Adam carries a very robust resume— From hosting two dinners at the prestigious James Beard house, to winning the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” he has created and polished an impressive culinary background.

Chef Adam heads the culinary team for Larkin’s, Limoncello, Grill Marks Brands and Larkins Catering and Events. He works closely with the Chef de Cuisine, Angela Schmidt at Limoncello, sous-chef, Alex Darrington at Larkin’s and Chef Daniel Lash from Larkin’s Culinary team.
