Kristin is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Her love of sharing food with the people she cares about led her to begin a formal education in the Culinary Arts and she graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Kristin worked throughout restaurants, resorts, and hotels on the West coast and Hawaii for more than fifteen years before joining the Cliffs in 2021, where she is currently the Executive Chef at Mountain Park. Kristin combines French culinary technique with seasonal and sustainable ingredients, to offer a modern take on the classics.
Kristin enjoys spending time with her fur babies, Tigre and Fredo, and when not in the kitchen, she enjoys travel, disc golf, and antiquing.
