Featuring Chefs Orchid Paulmeier and Vinnie Bienish, this one-of-a-kind evening invites guests to engage with food beyond sight—heightening taste, aroma, texture, and sound.

As each course is revealed, guests will discover how removing visual cues transforms the way flavors are perceived, allowing the chefs’ creativity and technique to shine in unexpected ways. The menu is thoughtfully designed to surprise and delight, encouraging a deeper connection to every bite.
