looking to attend a sold out event
An event must be sold out in order to be added to the waitlist. You should reference the schedule page of our website to ensure that the event is sold out before proceeding through this form.
Fill out the euphoria ticket waitlist form to be added to the waitlist for sold out events. You will need to complete a new form for each event you would like to be added to the waitlist for. Tickets sold through the waitlist will be sold at face value (the same prices that are listed on our website).
After completing this form, you’ll be redirected to our credit card authorization site through Stripe. You MUST also complete this form to be added to the waitlist. The cost to be added to the waitlist is $1 which will be charged to the card you add to your file. Once a match for your ticket request becomes available, you will be automatically charged for the tickets with the payment on file. The dollar you are charged to be added to the waitlist does not go towards the price of your ticket, if one becomes available.
You will need to email [email protected] if you wish to no longer be on the waitlist for a particular event after completing this form. Otherwise, your card will be charged once tickets are available to you.
Although you will need to complete a new form for each event you would like to be added to the waitlist for, you do not need to submit a new credit card authorization for each waitlisted event.
euphoria does not have access to your credit card or other sensitive information other than the right to use the Stripe platform to process payment for waitlisted event tickets only.
Once a match is made and payment is successfully processed, you will receive your electronic tickets from our ticketing platform, SquadUP, to the email address listed on this form.
SELLING YOUR TICKET TO A SOLD OUT EVENT
An event must be sold out in order to submit your tickets for resell. You should reference the schedule page of our website to ensure that the event is sold out before proceeding through this form. Please note: events within VIP passes, discounted ticket packages, or hotel + ticket packages are not eligible for resale. VIP Passes as a whole are eligible for resale. Discounted ticket packages and hotel + ticket packages are not eligible for resale.
Fill out the euphoria ticket resale form. You will need to complete a new form for each event you are wishing to resell tickets for.
If we are able to resell your tickets, you will be refunded the price of the ticket minus third-party credit card processing & ticket fees. Your original tickets will be canceled and will not scan at the event. Any returned tickets that attempt to scan in on site may result in forfeiture of your refund.
If you submit this form to resell your general admission tickets, unless euphoria is notified otherwise, your tickets will be refunded back to the original form of payment (minus credit card processing & ticket fees) and canceled once matched with someone looking to buy tickets. euphoria will reach out to you via email if your tickets sell as we will never share your personal information.
You will need to email [email protected] if you wish to no longer try to sell your tickets through euphoria after completing this form.
