It’s time to bring your A-game as you learn how to create a wood-fired tailgate feast with Chef Keith Roberts in this hands-on classroom! From sizzling bacon-wrapped jalapeños to tangy buffalo chicken sliders to crispy, loaded potato skins, you’ll experience the ultimate tailgate flavor explosion. Prep and cook each irresistible appetizer, then sit back as you sip on a cold brew compliments of Carolina Bauernhaus while indulging in your hard work.

Dress Code for Bring Your A-Game

  • It’s best to wear long pants and avoid clothing that is excessively loose/flowing.
  • For safety, choose closed-toe, non-slip shoes.
  • Plan to stand for most of the entire hour-long class.
  • Aprons will be provided for use during class.
