In this educational classroom at The Cook’s Station, you’ll learn the foundations of cooking seafood in cast iron pans, along with tips and tricks that are sure to level-up your next session in the kitchen. You’ll also taste some fresh bites right from the pan, which are sure to give you an appetite for more cast iron cooking.
