Bridging regions and influences, Coast to Coast is a dynamic culinary collaboration set in the courtyard at Hotel Hartness. West Coast wines take center stage, paired with East Coast–inspired dishes in an experience that celebrates contrast, balance, and connection.
Chef Orchid Paulmeier of Hilton Head—drawing inspiration from her Filipino heritage—joins forces with Chef Curtis Hillard of Patterson Kitchen + Bar to create a vibrant, roaming tasting experience. Guests are invited to explore chef-driven stations at their own pace, moving through the courtyard as flavors and pairings unfold from one experience to the next.
With bright, expressive wines in hand and bold, layered influences on the plate, Coast to Coast is a lively, open-air journey—where regions meet, cultures connect, and every bite and sip tells a story.
