Served in the traditional kamayan style—shared, abundant, and meant to be enjoyed together—this experience invites guests to dine as one, embracing the joy of eating with your hands and savoring every bite. The menu showcases a dynamic blend of influences and ingredients, reflecting both chefs’ unique perspectives while honoring the spirit of the feast, complemented by thoughtfully paired beverages that enhance the experience.
