This collaborative dinner unites standout culinary talent, including Top Chef contestant Brittany Cochran of Stagioni in Charlotte and Adam Cooke of Michelin-recommended Topsoil Kitchen & Market in Travelers Rest, for a dynamic showcase of creativity, technique, and regional influence.
Together, the chefs will present a multi-course menu that celebrates the evolution of the Carolina culinary scene, where bold ideas, refined execution, and a spirit of collaboration take center stage. Each course unfolds with intention, blending distinct perspectives into a cohesive and memorable progression that reflects both innovation and a deep sense of place, complemented by thoughtfully paired wines.
