Step into a world of color and creativity at In Full Bloom, a hands-on classroom where guests will craft their own custom bouquet using locally grown flowers.
Guided by Sarah Dubose of Sassafrass Flower Farm, you’ll learn the art of floral arranging—from selecting stems to building a balanced, beautiful composition. Along the way, gain insight into seasonal blooms and the techniques that bring each arrangement to life.
As you create, enjoy a thoughtfully curated charcuterie board paired with wine, adding a relaxed and social element to the experience.
Fresh, creative, and delightfully hands-on, In Full Bloom is a celebration of local flowers, simple pleasures, and taking a little beauty home with you.
