With expert instruction throughout, guests will create their own custom jar of pickled vegetables—choosing from a variety of fresh produce, spices, and vinegars to build a blend that’s uniquely their own. Along the way, learn the fundamentals of pickling and how simple ingredients can transform into bold, flavor-packed bites.
As you craft, enjoy a spread of freshly pickled vegetables, charcuterie, and perfectly paired beer and wine, making this experience as delicious as it is interactive.
