Hosted by Chef Curtis Hillard, this special evening features South Carolina Chef Ambassador Kevin Mitchell, bringing together two distinct culinary voices rooted in the South. This thoughtfully crafted experience celebrates the richness of Southern cuisine, highlighting local ingredients, time-honored techniques, and the stories that shape the region’s culinary identity.
Each course reimagines familiar flavors with a refined touch, bringing new life to dishes that feel both nostalgic and deeply rooted in place. Paired with wines that complement and enhance every bite, the evening unfolds as a layered exploration of Southern flavor, where heritage meets innovation and every course tells a story.
