Led by Julian Lowe of Rise Bakery, you’ll learn the fundamentals behind this iconic style—from working with light, airy dough to stretching, shaping, and building flavor with thoughtfully selected, seasonal toppings. Crisp, flavorful, and beautifully simple, Roman-style pizza comes to life through both technique and creativity.
Once baked to perfection, you’ll enjoy your creation alongside a vibrant, locally sourced salad and a carefully selected wine pairing, creating a relaxed and delicious midday moment.
