Join us at Table 301’s newest concept, CAMP, and get ready to travel through North and South America at this new tasting menu lunch, with beverage pairings along the way. Executive chef of CAMP, Drew Erickson (originally from Greenville, SC who recently returned from a 4-year stint at The French Laundry), and executive sous chef Diego Campos (who was raised in Mexico and most recently worked at The Lazy Goat) welcomes Oak Hill Cafe & Farm’s David Porras (who is originally from Costa Rica and has a Masters from the renown Basque Culinary Center in Spain).
