Redefine & Re-Wine at Fork & Plough is an evening designed to slow things down and savor what matters, good food, thoughtful wine, and meaningful connection. Set in the warm, inviting atmosphere of one of Greenville’s favorite neighborhood restaurants, this experience features a special collaboration with Michelin-recognized White Pillars of Biloxi, Mississippi. The husband-and-wife team of Chef Austin Sumrall and Tresse Sumrall lead the celebrated restaurant, known for its refined yet approachable take on coastal Southern cuisine, blending Gulf-driven flavors with seasonal ingredients and modern technique.

At the heart of the evening is Fork & Plough and Chef Shawn Kelly, known for his commitment to locally sourced ingredients and his thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to Southern cuisine. With a deep connection to regional farmers and producers, Chef Kelly has made Fork & Plough a staple of Greenville’s dining scene, where seasonality and community take center stage.

Together, Chef Sumrall and Chef Kelly present a menu that highlights the best of local sourcing alongside vibrant coastal influences, creating a dynamic and memorable dining experience. Each course is paired with thoughtfully selected wines that complement and elevate the evening.
