Step into a world of botanicals, aromatics, and a touch of alchemy at The Cocktail Apothecary, an immersive cocktail class at Oak & Honey.

Led by an expert mixologist, this experience explores the art of cocktail creation through a garden-inspired, apothecary lens. Guests will discover how fresh herbs, house-made bitters, tinctures, and botanical spirits come together to create layered, expressive drinks.

The session begins with two expertly crafted cocktails before guests step into the role of alchemist, crafting their own custom creation. Along the way, explore techniques like building Chartreuse-style profiles, incorporating smoked elements, and balancing complex flavors across various spirits.

The Cocktail Apothecary is equal parts education and experience—where every ingredient has a purpose, and every cocktail tells a story.
