Discover what you actually love in wine at Your Palate, Uncorked, an interactive classroom experience at Camino Wine Merchant designed to take the guesswork out of wine selection.
Guests will be guided through a blind tasting of two sets of wines, comparing each side-by-side before choosing their preferences. With preconceived notions about grapes and regions set aside, the focus is entirely on what speaks to your palate.
As the wines are revealed, you’ll gain insight into what your choices say about your taste—whether you lean toward crisp and mineral-driven or rich and expressive. Along the way, you’ll learn how to translate those preferences into real-world decisions, from navigating a wine list to selecting a bottle with confidence.
