Alison Legg is the Pastry Chef at Jianna, where she first joined as a garde manger before quickly rising to lead the pastry program. She has also spent some time at The Cook’s Station and was part of Table 301. Alison has a passion for pastry and is always looking for new ways to incorporate gluten, dairy and vegan in her amazing desserts.
She played a key role in the Jianna Cookbook, contributing to the pastry section with her signature creations.
Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Alison loves spending her free time with her son, Graham—affectionately nicknamed “Graham Cracker”—and her dog, Gus.
