A native of Iowa, Chad Mundt always had an interest in pursuing a career in the culinary industry. After working as an engineer and financial advisor, he moved with his family to Clermont-Ferrand, France and was finally able to pursue his dream. He studied and trained under Maitre Boulanger Eric Laurent and Maitre Patissier Christoph Bichard. He eventually found his way back to the Upstate where he worked with Master Chocolatier Vincent Caradonna at Le Petit Croissant in downtown Greenville. Chad is now owner of the Le Petit Croissant and hopes to keep sharing his passion for fine pastry and bread with the community for years to come.
