Christina Barest is the Owner/Chef at Naked Pasta, Greenville’s only farm-to-noodle pasta shop. Christina is a lifelong home chef, crediting Julia Child for igniting her passion for cooking as early as three years old. She sees Naked Pasta as both a celebration of classic Italian cuisine, as well as a vessel for incorporating a myriad of influences she is passionate about. From Texas barbecue to classic Asian fare and all styles in between, nothing is too unconventional – or sacred, even – in Christina’s kitchen at Naked Pasta.
