Chef Phelicity is originally from Miami, Florida. She has been a pastry chef for nearly 14 years. Alumni of Johnson & Wales University and Miami Culinary Institute of Florida. She has worked in some of the best restaurants in the southeast. Heavily influenced by French, Asian, and Spanish cuisine.
