Chef Vince Bienish has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. Raised amid the Hudson Valley of New York, he found himself captivated by his family’s culinary heritage, a legacy that traces its roots back to Curinga, Italy. Vince’s journey led him to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, launching him into restaurants and hotels throughout New York City, Miami, and the Caribbean. He worked as the executive kitchen manager for the Apple Metro Group in NYC before moving on to become a chef for Disney in Anaheim. He also worked as the events chef for the ESPN division in Times Square and the Chef de Cuisine at the Essencia restaurant of the Palms Hotel in Miami.

Vince eventually found his roots in Greenville, SC. Here, he curates his own venture as a Private Chef, synergizing his expertise with local farms to craft unforgettable culinary experiences. Chef Vince joined The Cook’s Station in 2020 as the Executive Chef for Private Events.
