Hosted by Chef Jason McCarthy of the Rick Erwin’s Dining Group, this collaborative dinner welcomes Nick Dugan of recently Michelin-recognized Sorelle in Charleston, SC. Together, the chefs bring a refined and modern perspective to Tuscan-inspired cuisine, blending tradition with thoughtful technique.
Centered on a Tuscan-driven menu, the evening highlights the rustic elegance and bold simplicity that define the region’s cuisine, where seasonal ingredients, rich flavors, and time-honored techniques take center stage. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of Italian wines, showcasing expressions that go beyond Chianti to reveal the full character of the country’s celebrated vineyards.
