Hosted by James King of Stella’s Brasserie, this collaborative dinner welcomes Kyle Martin of Café Violette in Blowing Rock, North Carolina. Together, the chefs craft a menu that blends French Mediterranean cuisine with a sense of place, weaving in seasonal ingredients and regional touches that reflect both coast and mountains.

Each course is paired with aromatic rosés and crisp, expressive whites, capturing the lightness and vibrancy of the Côte d’Azur while complementing the depth and character of the dishes.

Refined yet relaxed, A Toast to the Côte is a celebration of flavor, landscape, and style, where Riviera charm meets Appalachian soul in a beautifully composed evening.
