Bright, bold, and unapologetically fresh, In The Lime Light is a spirited lunchtime celebration of agave and all things citrus. Hosted by Graham Stockley, this four-course experience showcases the dynamic interplay between vibrant flavors and the complexity of tequila.
Each course, crafted by Chef Dayna Lee, is designed to highlight the natural brightness of citrus while complementing a curated lineup of tequila pours and cocktails. From expertly built sips to interactive demonstrations, guests will gain a deeper appreciation for agave spirits and the craft behind them.
Lively, refreshing, and full of flavor, In The Lime Light is a midday escape that brings sunshine to the glass and the plate—where every bite and sip is a celebration of zest, balance, and a little bit of fun.
