First job as a teen in hospitality at Clemson University PRTM departments outdoor lab Graham took a long hiatus traveling the country working in professional racing and then animal rescue before landing back in food and finding a home in beverage. Working closely with tequila and mezcal for years he’s gotten deep with all agave spirits, coming on with Comal 864 in 2024 to head the bar program at their newest Midtown location. Chasing rare bottles and curating the cocktail menu is what keeps him busy between working shift behind the bar. Graham is a two time award winning bartender just in 2025 for his tequila and mezcal cocktails. Working under James Beard finalist chef Dayna Lee-Marquez Graham pushes forward with the Comal 864 ethos of freshness and grounded to the roots of those that came before us.
