Venture beyond the expected at Into the Wild, a multi-course dining experience at Saskatoon that celebrates the spirit of land, water, and wilderness.
This immersive dinner brings together Saskatoon’s signature wild game expertise with the farm and foraging-driven philosophy of HoneyBadger in Brooklyn, creating a collaboration rooted in nature, seasonality, and discovery.
Guided by the field, forest, and stream, each course highlights the unique flavors and ingredients found within these distinct habitats. From the freshness of the stream to the richness of the forest and the openness of the field, every dish tells a story of place, season, and tradition, with an emphasis on thoughtfully sourced and foraged elements.
At the heart of the experience is a shared commitment to honoring ingredients in their purest form, featuring carefully prepared cuts and compositions that showcase both refinement and authenticity. Thoughtfully paired wines accompany each course, enhancing the depth and character of the menu.
Into the Wild is more than a dinner. It is an exploration of flavor, landscape, and the untamed beauty of the plate.
