Hosted by Chef Adam Pugh, this thoughtful collaboration welcomes Chef James Lumley of Grand Bohemian Lodge of Asheville, NC for a multi-course curated experience that explores the art of aging. From dry-aged proteins to fermented elements and preserved flavors, each dish highlights the depth and complexity that only time can create.
Rooted in the Carolina Foothills, the menu reflects a deep connection to the land, showcasing seasonal ingredients shaped by both nature and patience. Each course is paired with beverages designed to complement and enhance the evolving flavors on the plate.
