Adam R. Pugh is the Executive Chef at the Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville, SC and has been with the property since November of 2022.
He is a Johnson & Wales alumnus (Charleston, SC 2003) and, after cooking in-and-around his hometown of Charlotte, NC, spent several years learning the luxury hotel business in St. Louis, MO and Denver and Vail, CO. Currently he enjoys cooking at home, listening to records, rooting for the Detroit Tigers and, on days away from the Lodge, exploring Greenville and “going on adventures” with his wife Rachel and their two young sons, Benjamin and Theodore.
Likes: Live-fire cooking, Champagne, cold coffee, Marsh Hen Mill grits, Indian food, Plugra butter and Duke’s mayonnaise
Dislikes: the words ‘No’, ‘Can’t’ and ‘We’ve always done it that way…’
