This thoughtful collaboration brings together Chef Nico Abello of Greenville’s highly anticipated new restaurant Enlo and Chef Andrea Carlson of Burdock & Co., her one Michelin-starred restaurant in Canada, and the country’s first female Michelin-starred chef.
Together, they present a menu guided by the rhythms of the season, where each course reflects a deep respect for ingredients at their finest. With a shared philosophy rooted in simplicity, precision, and a sense of place, the chefs craft dishes that are both refined and expressive, complemented by thoughtfully paired wines that enhance each moment.
