HONE, Greenville’s first restaurant incubator, is a playground for up-and-coming chefs and a space to refine craft, test ideas, and shape what comes next. At There Is No Place Like HONE, that spirit takes center stage in a collaborative, Sicilian-inspired lunch that celebrates creativity, technique, and the journey of the chef.
Hosted by Troy Arnold (Pasta Guru), this experience welcomes fellow pasta maker Tyler Bryant, former sous chef of Jianna, for a multi-course menu rooted in the flavors of the Mediterranean coast. Together, they bring a shared passion for handmade pasta, bright ingredients, and the bold simplicity that defines Sicilian cuisine.
Each course is paired with beverages designed to complement the flavors of the sea and the warmth of the Italian coast, enhancing every bite along the way.
