Guided by Master of Wine and winemaker Bree Stock of LTD Addition, this session dives into the shifting landscape of the Willamette Valley—examining the impact of climate change, site variation, and the rise of organic and regenerative farming practices. Through a curated tasting, guests will discover how these factors are reshaping flavor, structure, and the future of the region.
