With anticipation mounting for the October opening of Husk Greenville, local foodies will get a glimpse of partner and chef Sean Brock and his Greenville chef de cuisine Jon Buck at Euphoria’s Thursday night kick-off party.
Brock and Buck have confirmed their participation in the Greenville Kick-Off Party Sept. 21, from 8-11 p.m., at the Old Cigar Warehouse, 912 S. Main St. The scope of their involvement in the event has not yet been released. All-inclusive tickets are $75 and are still available.
Previously announced in Upstate Business Journal, Husk Greenville, 722 S. Main St., is on track to open in October with Buck at the helm of the third location of Brock’s critically acclaimed restaurant.
Buck, who comes from Husk Charleston, will lead the Greenville locations’ menu and food sourcing, using the highest quality, seasonally driven bounty from local farmers and purveyors to create dishes with a distinct Southern identity, influenced by local Appalachian flavors.
