Anthony Mossa brings years of experience and a passion for the industry to his role as Executive Chef at Calle Sol Latin Café and Cevicheria. Prior to Calle Sol, Mossa held positions at FOX Restaurant Concepts, True Food Kitchen, and Flower Child.

On a daily basis, he is in charge of overseeing the kitchen, developing new menu items, managing the back of house team, and executing details to keep everything running smoothly. Mossa is consistently inspired by the quality ingredients and thoughtful recipes the team uses to make the stellar dishes that people have come to know and love at Calle Sol. His favorite menu item is the Aji Amarillo Ceviche.

In his free time, Mossa enjoys spending time with his big Italian family at the lake, hiking, and brewery hopping in South End.
