Anthony’s passion for pasta started out as a hobby, but soon he was making videos on Instagram and went viral. This led Anthony to venture out in opening The Pasta Addict, in downtown Greenville at Gather. Word quickly spread of his culinary masterpieces and many times he was sold out long before closing time.
Anthony then entered into a joint ventured with The Slice in Simpsonville. Here he continued to use his elaborate research and culinary skills to create the most delicious dishes.
Today, he brings his talent to DeMarco’s, where we will continue to enjoy his fresh pasta dishes.
