Chef Charles Vo is a first generation Asian American. Charles grew up in Travelers Rest, South Carolina as the youngest in his family. His passion for cooking started at an early age watching his mother cook traditional dishes that inspired him.

7 years ago, Charles started working at Halls Chophouse Greenville as a steward. His dedication, drive and work ethic has made him into the Executive Sous Chef he is today. He dreams of one day opening a Michelin star restaurant with the hope to inspire and teach younger generations for many years to come.
