My name is Edgar Santiago and I am the Executive Chef of Hall’s Chophouse Greenville. I have been with the company for a year and a half and just relocated here from their Nashville location. Cooking has been a love and passion of mine since I was younger, helping my grandfather cook in the kitchen. I am a proud Puerto Rican who wants to help pave the way for people like myself and help younger generations.
