Originally hailing from the Chicagoland area, Jacque has been cooking professionally for eight years. She graduated in 2015 with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and quickly became a sous chef with a strong country club background in Rockford, IL. In January 2019, she visited her relatives in Greenville and fell in love with the downtown area and its warm weather. The following spring, she and her sister relocated to Greenville where Jacque exercised her culinary talents at various restaurants in the region, including Topsoil, Urban Wren, and most recently, Table 301’s CAMP. Jacque is continually inspired by the people she meets in the hospitality industry.
